    Summary Operate machine equipped with compressed air spray nozzles that coat products or materials with paint, bakes product, and dumps product into bags by performing the following duties.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
    Pour premixed paint into reservoir for painting and clean paint reservoir after lot is complete.
    Place paint racks onto conveyor or onto transfer table that carries them into machine.
    Mix paints with thinner solution according to formula.
    Monitor robots;
    Qualityinspect robot performance.
    Remove fasteners from conveyor belt, package and place on pallet.
    Operate all six (6) computers for machine.
    Mechanical setup of pumps, hoses, and spray guns.
    Understand complete painting process.
    Perform daily maintenance.
    Problem solve - track steps from start to finish.
    Manage and organize spare parts for machine.
    Manual operation of oven.
    Backup for other paint processes - manual spray painter, dumper, manual paint mixer, and other duties as needed.

    Education and/or Experience High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    The employee must be able to occasionally push/pull a cart with 6" casters that weighs up to 1800 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include distance vision, color vision and depth perception.

    Respirator exams are given on an annual basis (or more often if necessary) and must be passed in order to perform this job.

    Must pass a pre-hire drug screen and physical fitness exam.
