- Master's in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling; Completion of licensure in one of: BSW, LSW/LISW, LPC/LPCC
- Group facilitation skills, knowledge of psychiatric diagnosis and treatments
- Understanding of mental health conditions in children
- At least 1 year of experience in a mental/behavioral health setting preferred
- Critical thinking, ability to work with minimal supervision
- Teamwork, flexibility, adaptability, receptive to feedback
- Adherence to policies, maintenance of required competencies and communication skills
- Manage client caseload, conduct intakes and assessments
- Offer individual, family, and group therapy, act as referral liaison
- Provide crisis intervention, plan aftercare, liaise with insurance
- Complete assessments, treatment plans, and summaries as per policy
- Perform other assigned duties as needed
