Hiring MIG Welders in Fort Collins, COWe are seeking a skilled welder who will be tasked with laying out various components and customizing products to fit each specific order based on customer needs


Pay:

$ $22.00hr (based on experience/weld test)*Shift:
+ Initial training will take place on the 1sts shift from 6:00am to 2:30pm. After a few weeks, the successful candidate will move to the second shift (with a $2 shift differential)+ 2nd shift runs Monday to Friday, 2:30pm - 11:00pm. Overtime is limited, with typically a standard 40-hour work week.

Job Description:


+ MIG welding and fabrication+ This role will involve working primarily working with mild steel and occasionally aluminum.+ The successful candidate will be following specific blueprints for each customized order and must be able to understand and work off these without difficulty.+ In this role you will use measuring tools such as rulers, tape measures, and various gauges is also a significant part of the role.

Qualifications:


+ At least 6 months of MIG welding experience+ Blueprint reading experience+ Experience using measuring tools

Work Environment:

+ The successful candidate will be working in a production floor with about 20 other workers.+ Most of the work will be done independently or with 1-2 other welders.+ The environment can be loud and dirty, and temperatures can vary as products are moved in and out of the facility.+ All work will be performed indoors. The dress code requires jeans, a good work shirt, and steel toes are preferred.
