- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' communication goals and needs.
- Provide direct therapy services to students with a variety of speech and language disorders, including articulation, language, fluency, and voice impairments.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team to support students' academic and social-emotional development.
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and provide input on the development of educational plans for students with disabilities.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and billing information in compliance with regulatory standards and district policies.
- Supervise and mentor Clinical Fellows (CFs) as needed, providing guidance and support throughout their clinical fellowship year.
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of [State].
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred for experienced SLPs.
