The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for designing, creating and delivering marketing related content that supports marketing activities of a home builder division of D.R. Horton Inc.Responsibilities
- Strategize, plan, maintain and manage content of all DRH social media initiatives including Facebook, LinkedIn etc.
- Ensure all content is approved accurate continuously updated Keep corporate sites updated with fresh relevant inviting content Report on the growth analytics of all social media initiatives Provide feedback analysis to DRH Marketing and division management on their social media online content email marketing initiatives Train division users on approved practices email marketing platform changes Write review web-based marketing content to ensure correct grammar accurate information engaging active tone Compose develop SEO-friendly content for the company website that effectively correctly provides information on company products services Determine target audience devise campaigns launch email campaigns to create buzz generate leads for the business Ensure messages are sent to those who have opted messages proper form template Uses email analytics redefine current processes procedures Using Google Analytics maintain report site overall domain well individual market reports needed Monitor site usage metrics identify trends recommend improvements Conducts all business professional ethical manner serve customers increase goodwill profit company Ability work overtime Stay up-date social media best practices integrate overall marketing strategy business Assist other areas digital marketing include but not limited graphic design SEO SEM Participate other corporate marketing initiatives basis Evaluate data integrity DRH division CRM databases recommend process improvements Train new sales personnel CRM tool effective data capture Coordinate execute video production Participate video pre-production strategy planning meetings send meeting recap notes Work with outside vendors outline expectations setting pre-and post-production schedules Develops implements ensures brand consistency video development editing production Research stay top industry trends video audio photography Support users DRH website CRM system Benefits Come join winning team Fortune 500 company growing fast looking enthusiastic attitudes team players success Offer excellent benefits package including Medical Dental Vision 401K Employee Stock Purchase Plan Flex Spending Accounts Life Disability Insurance Vacation Sick Personal Time Company Holidays Multiple Voluntary Company provided Benefits*
