A Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) plays a crucial role in a dental practice by providing preventive dental care and educating patients on oral health.

My well-respected client is seeking a Full-timeDental Hygienist to their already well-established team. All of their staff members are offered continued training to assist in your transition into the role. They also offer competitive compensation and full benefits.

The ideal candidate for this position will have all, or the majority of the following:

Qualifications:

• NJ Hygiene License (Required)/Graduation from an accredited dental hygiene program.
• Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of dental hygiene procedures.
• Strong communication and patient education skills.
• Dedication to maintaining high standards of patient care and safety.
• 1+ years of experience is preferred
• New grads are welcome to apply

Responsibilities:

• Screening patients during checkups
• Reviewing a patient's dental history
• Recommending care to improve a patient's oral health
• Teaching patients about proper teeth-cleaning techniques
• Performing preventative dental care
• Applying fluoride treatments
• Sterilizing equipment as needed
• Taking x-rays and reviewing them for signs of dental disease
