Job summary
The Third Person in Charge is responsible for the operations of the entire store when the Store Director (SD) and Assistant Store Director (ASD) are not present.They provide customer service, administer training to new employees, coordinate with others to determine hiring needs and select candidates for interviews,
and assist with merchandising execution for the store.
- Works primarily closing shifts to run total store operations in the absence of the Store Director and Assistant Store Director.
- Acts as liaison betweenStoreDirector/AssistantStoreDirector and late shift operations to ensure smooth operationsofthestore.
