- Delivery of clean and pick up of soiled through out the facility and occasionally the outside buildings.
- The logs that are required by the Linen Worker are Linen Log, Soiled Linen Log, Clean Linen Log, Linen distribution sheet. Also responsible for linen and OR Pack cuts on a daily basis and to weigh Clean and Soiled linen daily.
- Communicates and works closely with the Linen Manager and the Hospitality Management Team also keeps constant communication with the Call Center and updates lunch status in EPIC System.
- Ensure that everyday by 10:00AM the linen room is cleaned and organized by types of linen.
- Other duties and/or projects as assigned.
- Adheres to HMH Organizational competencies and standards of behavior.
- High School diploma, general equivalency diploma (GED), and/or GED equivalent programs or minimum of 3 years past experience in Linen Management and Distribution.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- Must have knowledge of how to use and understand pagers for assignments and requests from user departments.
