    Description

    Senior Stress Engineer Position at Leading Aerospace Company

    What you will be responsible for:

    • Conducting stress analysis to determine flight and ground handling loads for aircraft cargo restraints
    • Preparing interface loads reports in compliance with FAA regulations
    • Completing preprocessing of part geometry and meshing using FEMAP for design validation

    Requirements to qualify for this position:

    • Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering
    • Minimum of 15 years' experience in Stress Engineering or related roles within the aerospace industry
    • Alternatively, a Master's Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering with at least 8 years' experience in Stress Engineering
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with customers during product development
    • Previous leadership experience would be advantageous
