    Looking for variety and technical challenges? We're searching for a forward-thinking Senior Process Engineer/PM to lead a wide range of projects within the biopharma industry.

    This is no ordinary engineering role - you'll be the mastermind behind groundbreaking designs, a technical expert who inspires innovation, and a strategic thinker who ensures our projects meet and exceed our client's needs.


    Project variety examples:
    Managing multi-disciplinary design of ISO 7 cleanroom renovation to new biopharmaceutical viral vector process.
    Managing multi-disciplinary install of Aseptic vial filler installation at an existing pharmaceutical client.
    Managing new multi-disciplinary project converting core-and-shell building into new EMA GMP rated biopharmaceutical facility.
    Managing new multi-disciplinary project converting core-and-shell building into new EMA GMP rated cell and gene therapy facility.
    Managing sustainability analysis effort at an existing biopharmaceutical client.

    Here's a taste of what you'll be doing:
    Work with a talented team of process engineers and designers; providing guidance and mentorship.
    Manage all phases of process and multi-discipline design projects, from setup, execution to closeout.
    Work closely with clients to provide technical solutions and project execution.
    Champion innovative solutions for complex process design challenges.
    Oversee all aspects of the process engineering process, from concept to completion.
    Interface with clients to understand their needs and translate them into exceptional designs.
    Ensure projects meet all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
    Stay on top of emerging technologies and industry trends.

    You'll be a perfect fit if you have:
    A bachelor's degree from an accredited university in mechanical or chemical engineering.
    Five or more years of applicable consulting or engineering experience within life sciences/pharmaceutical industry.
    A proven track record leading successful projects within life sciences/pharmaceutical industry.
    Professional Engineering license or PMP is preferred.
    Extensive experience in preparing, reviewing and approving PFDs, P&IDs, equipment and piping specifications.
