    Our Personal Injury Law Firm Client in Houston, Texas is looking for a 2+ year Plaintiff's Personal Injury Attorney. The ideal candidate will be responsible for communicating with clients, witnesses, insurance adjusters, and medical providers as well as prepare for and attend trial.

    Personal Injury Attorney Role

    2+ years of experience in plaintiff's personal injury litigation

    This Personal Injury Attorney will be responsible for a caseload of personal injury matters from inception to resolution

    Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings and trials as 1st chair

    Draft Pleadings, Motions, Discovery, and a wide range of legal documents

    Research and analyze relevant issues, laws, and regulations to assist in case strategy

    Correspond with clients, opposing counsel and Courts

    Legal research

    Analyze and summarize legal documents

    Prepare complex cases in federal and state courts

    Advise clients based on analysis of facts and applicable laws

    Negotiate settlement terms with opposing party or counsel

    Personal Injury Attorney Background Profile

    J.D. degree from an accredited Texas law school and in good standing

    2+ years of personal injury experience

    1st chaired multiple trials

    Excellent oral and written communication skills

    Strong legal research and writing abilities

    Excellent critical thinking skills.

    Ability to work independently or on a team

    Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills

    Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with little oversight

    Must be punctual and dependable

    Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

    Above average proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat

    Strong time management and organizational skills

    Candidate must be able to work independently as well as on a team
