Job DescriptionThe Manor in Little Rock is currently accepting applications for experienced CNA's.
As a CNA with THE MANOR you join a nursing team with a culture and mission to enhance the life of every person we serve. This is more than a job - it's a place where our team members build lasting relationships with residents, their families, and fellow team members.
This position will be a rotating schedule of twelve hour shifts and rotating weekends. 2 days on, 2 days off, 2 1/2 days on then 2 days off.
Currently hiring for:
The CNA is responsible to provide direct, hands-on care to residents to ensure residents attain or maintain the highest possible physical, mental and emotional well-being possible for each resident without declines in status unless the decline is documented as unavoidable. The CNA will provide indirect care for residents by documenting, cleaning, infection control and laundry as required. The primary purpose of this job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident's assessment, and as may be directed by your supervisors.
