    Job Title: Per Diem LPN Urology


    The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will provide direct patient care and assist in the following clinical functions under the direction of the attending physician, RN, Lead LPN or practice coordinator.



    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


    • Obtain and accurately record patients' vital signs
    • Document components of patients' history
    • Communicate effectively with patients, visitors, and staff
