- Provide quality assurance to the cagewash area. Monitor and record results of cagewash water temperature and cleaning results using provided supplies such as temperature dots/strips, cultures. Ensure that all logbooks, checklists, and other records are completed in a timely fashion. Report any mechanical failures promptly and properly to the supervisor; and perform microbiological sampling in accordance with SOPs. Perform all other duties as they pertain to the processing of cages.Who are we looking for?
A candidate that possesses a High School diploma, General Education Degree (G.E.D.) or equivalent required. Ability to read, write, understand, and follow directions. Ability to recognize and communicate verbally and/or in writing, problems requiring the attention of high-level personnel in a timely and appropriate manner. Rodent husbandry experience preferred. ALAT certification preferred.The pay range for this position is $ per hour.
