Job Description:
As the Clinical Services Director, you will report to the Executive Director and play a key role in managing our clinic, rehabilitation services, social work, and behavioral health services.
You will provide guidance and support to our Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) and ensure the delivery of high-quality care to our participants.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage clinic, social work, and rehab operations, including hiring, training, and supervising team members Provide clinical guidance and support to the IDT Ensure smooth care transitions for participants between settings Maintain compliance with regulations and implement corrective action plans as needed
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field; Master's Degree preferred
CA Registered Nurse (RN) License preferred
Experience in outpatient care clinic or health facility
Supervisory experience with a demonstrated ability to mentor and develop team members
