    We're hiring Distribution Center Associates (up to $19.40/hour) across multiple shifts with part-time positions available
    Join our team at 8211 Bavaria Drive East, Macedonia, Ohio

    Shifts, Pay, and Benefits:
    • Summer Help / Casual / Seasonal Only
    • Schedules Vary: Day Shift, Mid-Shift, Evening Shift
      • 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm (M-TH)
    • Pay starting at $19.40/hour with three raises in 12 months bringing your pay to $20.60/hour
    • 6% 401(k) company contribution each pay period
    • Safety shoes provided
    You Will
    • Report to a DC Supervisor or Process Manager and have regular interaction with other team members.
    • Safely complete inbound and/or outbound warehouse tasks, e.g. unloading, sorting, labeling, replenishing, auditing, and packing, with strong attention to detail
    • Ensure products are packed and shipped correctly to exceed customers' expectations for quality and delivery speed
    • Meet safety, quality, productivity, behavior, attendance, and overtime requirements as needed
    • Operate computerized scanning equipment and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA and Hazardous Material requirements
    • Perform other tasks as directed by the leadership team
    You Have
    • Comfort working on your feet with exposure to heat, cold, noise, and dust while working around moving equipment and elevated stations
    • High school diploma or equivalent and at least 18 years of age
    • Able to continuously lift, slide and lower packages up to 50 pounds and may frequently weigh up to 75 pounds
    • Must be able to work at various elevated stations throughout the DC.
    • Able to operate computerized scanning equipment.
    • Able to meet productivity, quality, safety, and attendance requirements, including overtime as required.
    Preferred Qualifications
    • Previous warehouse, retail, or customer service experience in fast-paced environments
    • Great attention to detail, quality, and safety
