Family Focus is your partner in building strong families across Chicago and Northeast Illinois We're here to support families and their children including emergency assistance, immigration programs, child welfare services, family support services, educational programs, and more.The Bilingual Case Manager is responsible for initiating and maintaining regular (at least weekly) short-term (up to 30 days) contact/support with families. This role will conduct family-centered and strength-based interventions directed at establishing a trusting relationship. Services are geared towards family reunification, maintaining strengthening safeguarding families to prevent substitute care placement the need for further involvement in the child welfare system and ensure children's safety and well-being.
