Description
We have been engaged to find a Protein Engineering Scientist with hands-on experience in antibody/protein design and lab development with a focus on Yeast Surface Display projects.
In this role, you will play a key role in design and implementation of Yeast Surface Display campaigns (YSD) for engineering of affinity, developability, epitope mapping etc.

YSD technology for various antibody engineering efforts. Including, but not limited to, affinity tuning, pH-dependent protein-protein interactions, liability/developability engineering and fast epitope mapping.
Documenting and presenting experimental results, conclusions and interpretations at departmental and cross-functional project team meetings.
Write scientific publications and present at conferences.
Contribute to patent applications.
Protein Engineering Scientist include:
Ph.
D.
in biologic sciences, molecular cell biology, protein engineering, or similar, with 0-3 years of research experience in academia and/or Biotech or Pharma environment.
Well-versed in protein engineering technologies and principles, including protein structure-function relationships, biophysical and biochemical analysis.Familiarity in a wide range of screening assays and analytical methods, such as ELISA, ALPHA Screen, Octet, Biacore, HPLC, DSC/DSF, MALS.Track record of scientific accomplishments as evidenced by a strong publication record.
