    Job Description:


    As the Architect for Wi-Fi/mmWave Communication Systems and Engineering, you will be responsible for leading the architecture design, development, and optimization of hardware and software components related to Wi-Fi/MW Systems & chip sets for a leading product company in the area of wireless communications.

    You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of advanced wireless communication systems. Your expertise will drive innovation and excellence in our products and solutions.


    Key Qualifications:


    12-15 years of progressive experience in the industry, with a proven track record of leading and delivering complex projects in related areas.

    Extensive expertise in developing Wi-Fi/mmWave/MW/RF based wireless communication systems, particularly in the domains of WiFi (11ac/11ax/11be) and mmWave (26 GHz).

    Deep understanding of MAC and PHY layers of WiFi (11ac/11ax/11be) and mmWave (26 GHz).
    Strong understanding of protocol level development, chipset design, RF controls/calibrations, and code reconciliation.
    Proven ability to design embedded software for multi-core, multi-chipset platforms.

    Understanding in algorithm development related to MU MIMO, beamforming, closed loop power control, DPD, AGC, Rate Adaptation, and OFDM modulation.

    Familiarity with Lab Testing using industry-standard equipment such as Signal Generators, Waveform/Spectrum Analyzers, Network Analyzers, etc.
    Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to lead and mentor technical teams.
    Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    A visionary mindset with the ability to align technical decisions with business goals.


    Education:
    Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field Masters or PhD is preferred

    These position will be doing RF/PCBA design
