- Manage multiple simultaneous projects, keeping projects on-budget and on-schedule and actively communicating timelines to stakeholders, collaborators & leadership.
- Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementing plans, including risk mitigation.
- Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget.
- Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met.
- Establish and maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes.
- Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards, and assessing risks.
- Report project outcomes and/or risk to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan.
- 3-5 years of project management and related experience
- Familiarity with project management software tools (Familiarity with ClickUp preferred, but any PM software experience is helpful)
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and best practices
- Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
- Proven success working with all levels of management
- Excellent analytical skills
- Experience with Post Merger Integration projects a plus
- Experience managing multiple simultaneous production projects; ability to keep projects on-budget and on-schedule and communicate timelines to clients and collaborators
- Excellent attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in project management or related technical field preferred but not required
- Project Management Certification from an accredited institution a plus i.e. CAPM, PMP, CSM
