    Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapy Assistant for a travel job in Eugene, Oregon.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
    • Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
    • BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
    • Outpatient Experience is preferred.
    • Will accept First Time Travelers.
    • Will accept PTA.
    • Float to other clinics is required.

    Assignment Details

    • Facility Type: Outpatient
    • 36 hours guaranteed with the expectation of working up to 40 hours.
    • Productivity expectation is 60 visits/week; Will see 12-14 patients/day; Double-booking of follow-up visits expected.
    • OT must be approved by director before any OT hours are worked.
