Dermatology Associates of Virginia is expanding its Richmond presence and offering a complete skincare experience with a new clinical location dedicated solely to all of your aesthetic needs. Located in the near West End at Reynolds Crossing, the Center encompasses a calming and inviting environment offering the latest in science-forward skincare solutions, advanced facial treatments, and medical aesthetics injections, complemented by a curated range of skincare products.

    Role Description

    This is a full-time or part-time role for an Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner Injector in Richmond, VA at our new Reynolds Crossing Cosmetic Center. The Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for providing high-quality aesthetic treatments and services to guests. This includes performing cosmetic injections of Botox and Dysport, dermal fillers, including Juvéderm and Restalyne, as well as offering Sclerotherapy treatments. The Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner will also be responsible for educating patients on the benefits of these treatments as providing general skincare consulting and aftercare instructions.

    Position requirements:

    • Must have enthusiasm and possess excellent customer service skills.
    • Enjoy working with people and have a friendly and outgoing personality.
    • Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills, as well as basic computer knowledge.
    • Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
    • Familiarity with skincare products and aesthetic trends
    • Must be a team player and support management, peers, and business goals.

    Education and Experience Requirements:

    • A Bachelor's Degree from an Accredited institution.
    • Master's Degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner (NP) Program.
    • Must hold and maintain a current Virginia Nursing license.
    • 1+ years experience in aesthetic medicine and performing cosmetic injections.
    • Advanced training in injectables is highly regarded.
    • Knowledge of laser treatments and skincare consultations is a plus.
