Position Summary:
The service coordinator handles all incoming service calls and maintains the service and T&I schedule. Maintains and builds a strong rapport with customers and employees.


Duties & Responsibilities:
Provides excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.

Oversees service order scheduling and coordinatingOversees the creation and efficiency of service order schedulesPrioritizes service calls in accordance with branch needs Maintains Go-Back Queue; including follow up and coordination.

Ensures 1 week or less Go-Back status. Provides excellent customer service to all escalated service callsAttends tech meetings as needed.

Reports and relays information between customer service team, management, and techniciansProactive communication with employees regarding service order statusAbility to handle a great deal of stress over long periods of time.

Is receptive to feedback, willing to learn and embraces continuous improvementIs helpful, respectful, approachable and team-oriented; building strong working relationships and maintaining a positive work environmentPerforms other duties as assigned.

Education & Required Skills:

High School Diploma or GEDExperience with invoicing, purchase orders, understanding of subcontractors and agreementsProficient in Excel, Sedona, 1GPA, and Mohave is a plusExemplary customer services skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to maintain and project a positive outlook to customers at all times, including when communicating shipment and service delaysAbility to maintain a professional and positive work environment with all employees, vendors, and customers.

Must be able to type proficiently and have a working knowledge of MS Office productsComplies with all applicable safety, environment, health and waste management policies and procedures.
