Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking a Construction Equipment Mechanic to work in the Franklin, IL area.

The purpose of the Construction Equipment Mechanic is to provide the best customer experience by performing service, (preventive maintenance, safety checks, corrective actions, upgrades and refurbishment) on equipment, at company shop locations in line with Manager's instructions
The Construction Equipment Mechanic is responsible for contributing to productive customer relationships as well as following Best Practice in all administrative and technical activities
Inspect, troubleshoot, report, plan and then conduct service or repair with company quality
Manage and protect the security and traceability of spare parts
Provide feedback to District Service Manager to support continuous quality improvement
Coach/tutor junior colleagues and trainees as necessary
Conduct self at all times in a way that promotes a positive image of the company brand and follow rules of the Quality System
3+ years of mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical operations
~ Driving license (CDL-class B or higher for field service technician may be required)
~ Staying up to date with technical developments as shown in internal service bulletins and following technical courses when instructed by District Service Manager applicable to equipment
~ Staying up to date with technical specifications of relevant equipment
~ Commercial Awareness and Cost Efficient way of working
~ Ability to obtain a 1 year DOT Medical Card is required for this position
