    Position Overview:

    The Canine Bathing Specialist plays a vital role in our Pet Resort, directly supporting the management team. We embody the mission of "Pet Lovers Delighting Pet Lovers" through our playful, passionate, personal, and professional approach. We are looking for someone who is a strong team player, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and has exceptional communication skills. You should have a passion for customer service and an unwavering love for pets as you take charge of our furry guests' bathing needs.

    A Day in Your Life:

    As a Canine Bathing Specialist, you will engage with our furry friends, ensuring they leave us looking and smelling great. Be prepared to get a bit wet and furry, and enjoy the fulfillment that comes from seeing our guests revived and refreshed

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide a respectful and dignified bathing experience for each pet.
    • Meet pet parents' specific requests for grooming within your role.
    • Offer services including bathing, brushing, drying, nail trimming, and ear cleaning.
    • Communicate effectively with pet parents regarding services and any important information.
    • Maintain a professional demeanor in all communications, whether in person or digitally.
    • Keep accurate notes and ensure proper communication with the grooming team.
    • Complete baths in a timely manner while managing your schedule efficiently.
    • Maintain cleanliness and organization of all bathing supplies and areas.
    • Notify management of supply needs and assist with inventory checks weekly.
    • Follow cleaning protocols to ensure a sanitary environment.
    • Monitor the health and well-being of pets during their bath.
    • Ensure pets have breaks and hydration during longer appointments.
    • Understand and adhere to safety protocols for handling pets.
    • Adhere to pricing guidelines and review previous notes for consistency.
    • Collaborate with other departments as needed.
