    Under the supervision and guidance of the Pharmacy residency program director and residency preceptors coordinates and provides the pharmaceutical care of patients as assigned in order to meet the residency program goals and objectives.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Graduate from an accredited school of pharmacy.
    • A post-graduate year residency (PGY1) or an American Society of Health System Pharmacists (ASHP) PGY1 residency exemption.
    • Washington Pharmacist Intern Registration upon hire. Or,
    • Washington Pharmacist License upon hire. Or,
    • Washington Pharmacy Technician License upon hire.
    • A post-graduate year residency (PGY1) or an American Society of Health System Pharmacists (ASHP) PGY1 residency exemption.
