    For the role of Member Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional member experiences through prompt, courteous service and accurate teller transactions. Your role also involves recommending credit union products and services based on members' financial needs and organizational objectives. As the first point of contact for most member interactions, you play a vital role at the credit union.

    What You'll Do

    • Accurately process teller transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments
    • Establish and nurture relationships with Communication Federal Credit Union members
    • Promote and sell CFCU products and services
    • Meet personal and branch objectives for member experience, transaction accuracy, and product sales
    • Follow all CFCU policies and procedures
    • Execute other job-related tasks as assigned
    • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday with rotating Saturdays

    Education and Qualifications

    • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
    • One year of experience in a financial institution or retail customer service environment required
    • Preferred background in cash-handling
