- Have a good understanding of working with electronics manufacturing partners (contract manufacturers), negotiations, cost models and manufacturing operations.
- Have a good understanding of the roles played by Planning, Finance and Product Operations.
- Advanced skills in creating spreadsheets and presentations. A basic understanding of data science techniques is ideal.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrate initiative, adaptability and multi-tasking in a changing an dynamic environment.

- Work with stakeholders to create a comprehensive set of business requirements.
- Create the project scope; identify risks, metrics and KPIs.
- Gather, organize and visualize relevant data.
- Lead cross-functional discussions to identify root cause, corrective actions and preventive actions for identified issues.
- Create process flows to depict current state and desired state.
- Work with internal teams to map out the critical execution activities.
- Manage project schedules and report on progress.
- Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional partners. Education & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline; MBA a plus.
