    Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative Qualifications

    • 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced customer service environment (sales associate, retail sales associate, customer service representative, etc.)
    • Previous Point of Sale Systems experience preferred
    • Salon or spa experience preferred but not required
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Ability to work at a sustained pace
    • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
    • A track record of providing amazing customer service
    • Ability to multitask with ease
    • Frequent standing and/or walking during 6-8 hour shifts
    • Technical ability to operate a point of sale system
    • Problem-solving skills using logic and resources
    • Maintaining a professional demeanor under pressure
