This Program Analyst position is assigned to the Program Executive Office Intelligence, Electronic Warfare and Sensors in the Business Management Division of Project Director Sensors
Conducts program surveys, audits, projects, etc., and provides advisory services to operating or management officials regarding complex programs along with recommendations that can represent significant departures from established work operations.
Plans and carries out projects and analyses for a portion of the organization's budget and provides financial advice of the organization's program financial requirements.

To qualify your resume must describe at least one year of experience which prepared you to do the work in this job.
Specialized experience is defined as:
(1) Supporting resource management functions via automated systems to prepare and review funding documents. (2) Research budget issues/transfer of funds for feasibility and adequacy. AND (3) Prepare execution reports to assure effective resources are within available budget. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower pay band in the federal service NH-01 (GS-4 equivalent grade level). Education Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience aloneno substitution of education for experience is permitted. Additional Information Direct Deposit of Pay is required.
