    Title: Manager of Commissions

    Location: Hybrid (Hoffman Estates, IL) - 3 Days On-Site, 2 Days Remote

    Salary: $130K-$140K Base + Bonus

    As a leading publicly traded company specializing in laser cutting tools, we are looking for a skilled Manager of Commissions to enhance our team. With operations across the US, Switzerland, and Tokyo, and an $800M revenue, our environment is perfect for individuals seeking growth and impact in their careers.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage all commission processes for area and product sales managers in a high-energy manufacturing and distribution environment.
    • Collaborate with HR, accounting leaders, and sales leadership to develop and refine commission strategies.
    • Transition commission calculations from Excel to more advanced systems, working closely with senior sales and accounting leadership.
    • Lead and mentor a team member responsible for calculating commissions and creating KPIs for sales management.
    • Initiate innovative incentive plans to effectively motivate the sales team.
    • Provide commission forecasts to support executive decision-making.

    What We Require:

    • At least 5-7 years of experience in commission calculation, ideally in manufacturing or similar sectors.
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
    • Demonstrated leadership skills and strategic thinking.
    • Capability to manage direct reports effectively.
