Main Responsibilities:

Leading the housekeeping team by fostering a positive work environment.
Serving as the department lead, overseeing and organizing all departmental team members in their respective tasks.
Cultivating a harmonious collaborative work environment between staff and management.
Regularly inspecting units to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards.
Training and orienting employees on departmental procedures and job functions.
Collaborating with third-party housekeeping to ensure adherence to all brand standards.
Contributing to the maintenance of an innovative cleaning plan, ensuring all property areas are kept clean.
Assisting in recruiting, supervising, adjusting, and training all personnel.
Investigating accidents and initiating reports.
Handling other duties and special projects as assigned.
Job may involve stairs and work in various weather conditions.
Participating in multiple member and guest events.

What We Seek:

To excel in this role, you need to meet the following minimum qualifications and experience:

High School diploma or GED.
Strong leadership skills that empower, develop, inspire, and engage staff to drive business outcomes.
Effective written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to build and nurture positive relationships and negotiate internally and externally.
3-5 years of relevant experience.
2+ years of supervisory experience.
Previous hotel/resort work experience is desirable.

The salary range for this position is $65k to $72k based on experience.
