UX Designer Job Opening at Innovative Fintech Payment Company

We are looking for a creative and experienced UX Designer to join our team at a cutting-edge Fintech Payment company that is revolutionizing the industry. If you are passionate about designing interactive and intuitive user interfaces, this is the perfect opportunity for you to showcase your skills and make a significant impact.

Responsibilities:

Conduct design brainstorms with product owners to understand product details and user needs
Drive digital design processes for websites, digital campaigns, and interactive experiences
Create interactive mockups of UX flows, components, and services
Develop and annotate user flows, journeys, and persona
Illustrate design ideas with clear storyboards, process flows, sitemaps, and prototypes
Define appropriate design approaches for differentiating experiences
Create original design, iconography, and art for digital screens with modern designs
Effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

5+ years of UI design experience
Experience in creating enterprise software
Knowledge of front-end development and database-driven functionality
Expertise in user research and usability testing
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma
Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment
Strong portfolio of design projects
Understanding of agile software development tools like Jira, Git, and Jenkins
Team player with excellent communication skills
Analytical mindset with a knack for suggesting creative solutions
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Familiarity with user-centered design methodologies
