    Are you organized, detail-oriented, and open to a long-term career in the jewelry industry?
    Jack Weir & Sons is seeking an intake specialist and wholesale administrator to join our Beverly
    Hills team. Established in 1980, we are a family-owned business that travels the world curating
    exquisite antique, vintage, and estate jewels featuring old-cut diamonds and precious gemstones.
    With a worldwide presence, we aim to expand our wholesale team.


    We are in search of an individual with a positive attitude, an exceptional work ethic and an
    aptitude for high pace work environment to become part of our expanding team. While
    accreditation from jewelry universities or experience in the field is preferred, what is essential is
    a positive mindset and a willingness to learn. You will receive comprehensive training from our
    wholesale team, covering all responsibilities.

    • Intake
    • Inventory management
    • RI testing
    • Specimen identification
    • Diamond grading
    • AI descriptions
    • Pricing
    • Tradeshows
    • Travel

    Requirements:

    • Valid Driver's License
    • Passport
    • Exceptional attention to detail

    • Strong team player
    • Self-driven and enthusiastic

    This is a full-time, in-person position based in Beverly Hills. The work hours are Monday to
