    Description:
    Join our team as a Lawn Maintenance Crew Lead and lead our crew in providing high-quality lawn care services to our clients. As the crew lead, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a passion for maintaining outdoor spaces.


    Responsibilities:
    • Lead a crew of lawn care technicians in performing various tasks such as mowing, trimming, edging, landscaping, and leaf cleanup.
    • Develop and implement work schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to client specifications.
    • Train and mentor new team members on proper lawn care techniques and safety procedures.
    • Inspect equipment regularly and coordinate maintenance and repairs as needed.
    • Communicate with clients to address any concerns and ensure satisfaction with services provided.
    • Maintain accurate records of work performed, including hours worked, materials used, and client feedback.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
    Requirements:
    • Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role preferred.
    • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
    • Knowledge of lawn care techniques, equipment operation, and plant identification.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
    • Ability to lift heavy objects and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
    • Pesticide applicator's license or willingness to obtain one.
    • DOT driver physical card or willingness to obtain one.
