Duties:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team.

As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and assisting in the overall coordination of healthcare services.

Duties:

• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians

EMR is required for unit, but it is unique to the prison system.

• Assist with physical examinations and provide support during medical procedures
• Monitor patient vital signs and report any significant changes to the healthcare team
• Conduct gastric lavage and sterile processing as required
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding medical conditions, treatments, and selfcare techniques
• Document patient information accurately and maintain medical records
