- Perform requested research and analysis for special projects.
- Assist with planning and execution of special projects.
- Deliver high-quality, timely work for all projects.
- Work cross-functionally with other departments to ensure projects align with the company's strategic business goals.
- Work with advanced systems and software as needed to complete assigned projects.
- Participate on cross company teams as requested by the manager or VP of the department.

- Advanced knowledge and experience working with the computer and various software systems.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written and the ability to work in a team environment.
- Must possess mathematical, organizational, and people skills.
- Must be able to multi-task, be accurate with details and maintain confidentiality.
- Effectively interface with external contacts, Brotherhood employees, managers, and department staff members.
- Must hold high school diploma and actively working toward a Bachelor's degree.
- Advanced education in related field is desired.
- One year of general work experience is desired.
