Student Services Coordinator Position at Shenandoah UniversityOverview:
- Coordinate student services for undergraduate and graduate students within the School of Business
- Manage experiential learning fund usage and student records
- Evaluate transcripts for transfer credits and assist with graduate applications
- Maintain student files, prepare class schedules, and answer inquiries
- Participate in committees, assist with registration and graduation clearance
- Advise students on course planning and support faculty members
- Required Skills:
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Familiarity with FERPA regulations and ability to work under pressure
- Strong multitasking, customer service, and communication skills
- Attention to detail and proficiency in office software and Google apps
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings/weekends and in a team setting
- Experience in education field preferred
