    Job Title: Clinical Laboratory Assistant

    Overview of the Role

    This position plays a vital role in supporting the laboratory team by assisting with specimen preparation, processing, and tracking. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to multitask effectively, and possess strong communication abilities.


    Key Responsibilities:



    • Demonstrate proficiency in using computer systems for order entry, patient registration, and specimen handling.

    • Ensure accurate identification of patient specimens and data entry while maintaining confidentiality.

    • Foster a positive working relationship with healthcare professionals to facilitate laboratory services efficiently.



      • Maintaining Compliance

    The successful candidate must comply with all established guidelines as documented in technical policies and procedures related to quality control, quality assurance, record retention requisitions orders billing biohazard waste management safety speciman packaging shipping Etc .
