    Vice President, Marketing Analytics & StrategyLocation: Chapel Hill, NC; Minneapolis, MN; Boston, MA (Newton Office); New York, NYCompensation: Business Analyst 1 ($65,000-70,000)Position SummaryThe overall goal is to engage our members to drive better health outcomes.

    Our modeling and optimization platform (the Health Engine) and our data visualization dashboards contribute directly to our product through machine learning, statistics, analysis, and insights generation.

    The next member of our team will drive projects from beginning to end:
    frame business questions, collect and analyze data, research, build dashboards / data pipelines, and share insights.

    They will work collaboratively within a team aiming to make a positive impact on the organization and on our members' overall health.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Identify opportunities for data-driven platform improvements and generate insights using data analytics.

    Architect, design, and build dashboards to track user engagement behavior and health metrics, informing marketing, clinical, and product enhancements and interventions.

    Leverage and utilize a wide range of data sources across healthcare (member, payor, employer, provider, partner) and platform engagement data.

    Provide statistical modeling and data visualization expertise (Looker) within the team and across the organization.
    Work with organizational partners, clients, and team members to ensure data and operational systems run effectively.

    Take personal responsibility for keeping all Well systems and data, including sensitive member data, secure and safe, according to Well data and security policies and HIPAA guidelines.


    Preferred Qualifications:


    Demonstrated experience using SQL for data visualization / database navigation / queries, experience building Looker dashboards preferredExperience executing analyses in the cloud (GCP, AWS)Ability to communicate technical concepts and relevant aspects of data insights to non-technical audiencesInterest in many topics and ability to organize, prioritize, plan, and execute multiple workstreams concurrently and across teamsAdditional Job InformationWell is on a mission to redefine the healthcare experience.
