- Ability to convert legacy system data into ServiceNow's HRSD module
- Ability to use Service now to implement portals and collaborative solutions for clients

Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions by using out-of-the-box features to create custom pages, site templates, features, and Web parts.
Foster user adoption of ServiceNow by demonstrating ServiceNow features and technologies to clients and enabling the conversion of business requirements into solutions.
Document system processes and procedures in a clear manner.Discuss requirements with clients and follow internal and client-specific protocols used to document and design ServiceNow sites, templates, structure, and taxonomy development required to develop and implement solutions using ServiceNow.
Participate in all facets of the software development life cycle, including requirements solicitation and documentation, system and acceptance testing, and training, as needed.
