Job summary
The Client Service Manager will support a portfolio of work in the Syracuse/Albany area. The ideal candidate will be based in this area.This CSM will manage Deliverables and Customer Experience for Sustainability Service Programs and ensure customer satisfaction and promptly respond to inquiries and ad hoc requests
Maintain continuous customer communication via Navigator Dashboard & on-site or virtual meetings Ensure understanding of guarantee & SIEMENS/CLIENT responsibilities Ensure understanding of all aspects of assigned service agreements & invoicing Complete administrative tasks as required for invoicing and payments Facilitate execution of contract amendments during the guarantee and performance phase Ensuring Successful Financial Performance through timely execution of service agreement bookings renewals and maintenance planning Achievement order intake revenue margin targets Utilize service agreement performance tracking tools for contract analysis strive to improve underperforming contracts Accurately enter time expenses Review Monitoring Reporting Outcomes to Proactively Address Underperformance Opportunities Collaborate with Sustainability Asset Management team regarding Distributed Energy Systems (Solar PV Battery Storage etc.) performance ensuring optimization prioritization maintenance Support Development Robust Sustainability Service Programs Throughout Customer Lifecycle Coordinate project development ongoing value cost-effectiveness new service programs Leveraging opportunities grow rescope service programs incorporate Siemens service portfolio especially digital remote services drive continuous facility optimization assigned customers Proactively pursue knowledge Smart Infrastructure lines collaborate Business Development Manager new opportunities address customer needs Strive identify additional growth opportunities routine deliverables ad hoc engagements status updates next steps supervisor provide support sales close opportunities Oversee timeliness quality presentation deliverables associated assigned service programs while maintaining outstanding customer satisfaction
Review recommendations proactive maintenance monitoring annual M&V reports oversee internal external coordination address known areas underperformance contractual shortfall present opportunities further support goals.
