- Assist with career services programs and conducts outreach and handles intake, assessments, and orientations.
- Handle case management of program participants including employment preparation, job placement, and job retention needs.
- Research and identify vocational training opportunities in the community.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vocational training partners.
- Record and maintain database of participants.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree (preferred) and 1 year of related work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook).
- Excellent communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
- Able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Detail oriented, motivated, hardworking, trustworthy.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Able to lift up to 10lbs.
