Job Summary
This individual will play a critical role on a small high performing team to drive business results and category growth through industry research strategy product development and overall execution.- eEstablish drive execute strategic omni product vision business plan effective communication coordination cross functional partners including design international merchandising planning etc.
- Work closely with Design team interpret forecast trends assigned areas customer lens develop assort trend right brand right product drive product innovation.
- Understand competition marketplace inclusive Brick Digital competition make brand informed decisions assigned departments categories competitive landscape marketplace needs Aerie customer.
