    Key Responsibilities:
    Lead and develop a team handling diverse warehouse operations, including interviewing, training, and evaluating staff, and managing schedules.
    Oversee employee timekeeping and manage payroll documentation.
    Drive the continuous improvement of staff efficiencies and operational workflow to meet customer demands.
    Ensure strict adherence to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
    Manage carrier routings to achieve 100% compliance with routing guides.
    Establish and monitor key operational metrics, reporting on warehouse efficiency per customer.
    Handle the customer returns process and manage warehouse vendor relations, including negotiations and overseeing contracts for supplies and services.
    Perform monthly P&L reviews to manage costs and boost revenue.
    Champion the use of the Quality Management System (QMS) to enhance service offerings and secure new contracts.
    Develop and oversee warehouse processes and safety protocols, including CAPA investigations.
    Manage the upkeep and maintenance of the warehouse to ensure operational efficiency.

    Ensure all staff are adequately trained in their roles, including safety and operational procedures, to comply with OSHA, ISO, Hazmat, and other regulatory standards.

    Actively participate in management meetings, providing insightful reports on operational status and strategies.


    QualificationsQualifications:


    2 years of pharma or medical product environment experiencePharma license requiredHigh school diploma or equivalent, with a bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.3-5 years of supervisory experience in warehouse operations.

    Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Quality Management Systems (QMS).Experience with ISO regulatory requirements is a plus.
    Understanding of industry Hazmat rules and procedures related to warehouse operations is beneficial.

    Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, especially in creating and analyzing reports in Excel.3-5 years of experience in operating both powered and manual material handling equipment.

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
    Capable of lifting and moving items up to 50 pounds.
