MVP developer needed: two-sided marketplace for room rentals

Job Description:
I'm looking for a developer to build a web-based marketplace MVP connecting tenants looking for rooms with landlords offering rooms for rent.
The platform will have two user roles: Tenant and Landlord.
Core Features (MVP):
User Authentication:
Sign up / log in via email and password, password reset
Landlord Interface:
Create and manage room listings with title, location, price, photos, description, information about current roommates, and contact email
Tenant Interface:
Search and filter room listings by location, price, and other basic criteria; view listing details; contact landlord via a button that triggers an email notification
Email Notifications:
Automatically send an email to the landlord when a tenant contacts them
Responsive Design:
Mobile-friendly layout with clean and simple UI
Technical Requirements:
Full-stack development (frontend + backend) or no-code solution (Bubble/Sharetribe)
Database for storing listings and user data
Ability to implement automated workflows (e.g., contact triggers email notifications)
Experience with building marketplace platforms or directory-style web apps is highly preferred
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months.
