    As a clinical supervisor at Georgia Hospice Care, you'll manage professional services for our hospice patients safely and efficiently. You will oversee the care team, provide education and training on clinical practice, regulations, and reimbursement changes, and assist new employees in their orientation.

    As a key member of our care team, you'll ensure every patient receives the highest quality care. Our RN clinical supervisors have access to Georgia Hospice Care's supportive leadership team and professional development opportunities for advancement.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage the coordination and implementation of professional services for hospice patients.
    • Oversee the care team and provide education on clinical practice, regulations, and reimbursement changes.
    • Assist new employees with their orientation and integration into the team.

    Requirements

    • Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing school (BSN preferred)
    • Current state license as a registered nurse
    • 2-3 years of supervisory experience as a registered nurse in a clinical care setting, home health, or hospice environment (preferred)
    • Reliable transportation
    • Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently, and lift at least 80-100 lbs effectively
