We are seeking a skilled and dependable Dialysis Care Partner to assist a 69-year-old woman who has completed dialysis training and independently performs home hemodialysis.This position is ideal for someone who values patient dignity, understands the unique challenges of dialysis,
and wants to make a meaningful impact during a major care transition.
- Assist with dialysis treatment setup (Tableu or NxStage dialysis machine)
- Keep the treatment environment clean,, organized,, safe
