    The ideal candidate has an interest in digital marketing, social media, reporting and analytics. The position requires someone with outstanding organizational and project management skills, an analytical mindset that can process performance metrics and bring forth compelling insights to drive strategy, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams in a fast pace and ever-evolving environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with updating weekly and monthly reports on digital channel performance including insights and recommendations for optimization and growth.
  • Conduct research on Digital Marketing trends, best practices, and competitor strategies to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including data entry, scheduling meetings, and organizing marketing materials.
  • Work closely with the marketing manager & digital team to assist in design of email campaigns and other social media campaigns.
  • Serve as coordinator for specialty projects/campaigns as assigned.
  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned at the direction of the Digital Marketing Manager.
  • Standard Schedule: Monday through Friday, 10-15 hours per week.

    Pay Information: $15-20 per hour, DOE.

    WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • Currently enrolled undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, advanced MS Excel skills or data visualizations, a plus
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Ability to analyze and propose solutions to problems
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Team player with positive attitude, willing to go above and beyond
  • Passion for humanitarian work and a commitment to the mission of the American Red Cross.
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics, a plus
  • Wor kConditions: In order to support the needs of the digital marketing team the candidate should be comfortable working in a remote setting, be located in Eastern time zone, and have reliable internet access. Please note this position is 100% remote/work from home.
