    7+ years of proven experience in production deployment of large-scale systems, preferably in the context of State Integrated Eligibility (IE) projects.

    Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results within tight deadlines.

    In-depth understanding of technology, particularly .NET framework, and its application in enterprise-level systems.

    Familiarity with the Oregon Integrated Eligibility (ONE) system or similar projects is highly desirable/ must have state/government project experience.
